| Here’s our Policy: We process orders 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. However, our carriers only pick up Monday through Friday. |
| All orders shipped from Pets and People by M&P arrive in an average of 3-8 days depending on your location. |
| UPS is the standard shipping carrier. USPS is used for item less than five (5) pounds. We reserve the right to change your shipping service as necessary. |
| We reserve the right to handle all packages domestically and internationally for two days before shipping. However, we endeavor to ship all our packages quickly and efficiently on behalf of our customers. Orders placed Monday through Thursday typically ship the same or the next business day. |
| Orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, ship on the next available business day, Monday. |
| We ship domestically to 48 contiguous states. |
| Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories require air delivery and, therefore, have higher shipping rates. |
| All international packages are shipped using USPS, unless specified by the customer. |
